JOB TITLE:                 Residential Conveyancer
LOCATION:                Tyne & Wear/ Hybrid
EXPERIENCE:             2 years’ plus
STARTING SALARY:   £23,000

•You'll handle various Residential Property transactions, gradually increasing to manage approximately 80 files in your caseload.

•The caseload includes but is not limited to, sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity. You will work closely with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other parties involved in the conveyancing process to ensure a smooth and efficient transaction.

•Applications are open to experienced Conveyancers that are adept at managing a high-volume Residential Conveyancing workload, handling cases from start to finish.

•Our client expects the appointed Conveyancer to have strong problem-solving skills, enabling them to identify issues proactively and find practical solutions to resolve them.
